1 bsp Absinthe
1 oz Gin, Beefeater
1⁄4 oz Curaçao
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients. Strain into prepared glass with fresh ice and garnish.
