1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Crema
3⁄4 oz Bruto Americano, St. George
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1 spl Pale Ale
1 spg Mint
Instructions
Shake mezcal, bruto, and lime juice with ice. Strain into old fashioned glass over large ice cube. Top with pale ale. Garnish with mint.
History
Modified version of a cocktail from Barrelhouse Flat in Chicago c. 2014, the Whac-A-Mole. Swapped out Mezcal + simple syrup for Mezcal Crema, Cynar for Bruto and Bell's Two-Hearted for Anchor Liberty Ale.
