Ingredients

1ozOrgeat
34ozLime juice
12ozBitters, Angostura
1sliLime (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake with ice; strain into chilled coupe glass; garnish with lime wheel.
Notes
Heavy on the aromatic bitters: spicy in the most wonderful way.
History
Original calls for Mezcal (Del Maguey VIDA) in place of the tequila and specifies Small Hand Foods orgeat and Scrappy's aromatic bitters.
