1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1⁄4 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions
Shake on ice, stain into chilled coupe. Garnish lemon peel.
Notes
Recipe just calls for 'American' gin, video shows Aviation brand. Recipe is still excellent with London dry gin.
