New Make Rye is a brand of unaged rye whiskey produced at the Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is part of the Trybox line of experimental "white dog" whiskies, which are named for the trybox (also known as the spirit safe), a copper box that receives newly distilled whiskey after distillation and before it is put into barrels for aging.

New Make Rye is bottled at the proof at which it would normally go into a barrel - 125. It is clear and unaged, with a strong spicy rye aroma and dry midpalate.
