Blood in Your Whiskers

3⁄4 oz Scotch
3⁄4 oz Orange juice
3⁄8 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
3⁄8 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
1 ds Orange bitters
2 twst Orange peel (one shaken, one as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, up, twist.

Notes

A Blood & Sand given the treatment that London bar Satan's Whiskers gives its eponymous drink (see link). Labor-intensive, but bright and lively.
