Whip shake with crushed/pebble ice, dump into double rocks glass, fill with crushed/pebble. Grated nutmeg garnish.
A slightly tart and spice-driven "tiki" drink with plenty of barrel notes, almondy amaretto, and a hint of honey and herbs. Feel free to use your favorite bourbon and amaretto, but I do recommend the Barbancourt and the other specific liqueurs.
