Don't Mind If I Do

1 Egg white (optional)
1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Hendrick's
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Celery bitters
Instructions

Dry shake without ice. then with ice. Strain into chilled rocks glass and top with celery bitters.
