1 1⁄2 oz Cognac
3⁄4 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄4 oz Fernet Branca

Instructions

Stir, strain, up; garnish. This is my design.

Notes

At Parliament in Dallas, this is on the menu as "Jack the Ripper," with English Harbour 5 year rum in place of the cognac.
