  • Really Dry. I added a bar spoon of simple syrup to get it where I wanted it. Used Noilly Prat Extra Dry, probably would be OK with a slightly less dry vermouth.
  • Wow, very good. Like some kind of cross between a sour and a martini. Light and refreshing. Bone dry, but overly sour. Great drink.
