1⁄2 oz Absinthe (such as la clandestine)
1⁄2 oz Gin, Martin Miller's
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
2 dr Bitters (Fee Brother's Mint)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
2 lf Mint (as garnish)
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, strain into collins over ice. Top with soda. Drop bitters on foam, garnish with lemon twist and mint.
