Fashionably Lillet

1 cube Sugar
1 sli Orange
3 ds Bitters
1⁄2 oz Rye
2 1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc
3 oz Soda water
2 Brandied cherry
Instructions

Muddle sugar, half orange slice, & bitters; stir; highball over ice, top with soda, garnish with other half of orange and cherries.
