3⁄4 oz Poire William (Gauthier grande reserve)
1⁄2 oz Licor 43
1 oz Passion fruit puree (Fresh fruit)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup (Sugar canne)
2 ds Pimento bitters, Dale De Groff
Instructions

Shake with ice, strain in a coupe glass, garnish with a float of half a passion fruit (grenadia in Haïtian)
