1 oz Gin
2 t Lemon juice
3 dr Simple syrup
2 2⁄3 oz Beer
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Shake the gin, the lemon juice and possibly the sugar syrup with ice, strain into the chilled flûte and add the beer and the lemon zest.
