Circular Spritz

1 oz Riesling (pick a sweeter one)
1 bsp Maraschino Liqueur
1 bsp Absinthe
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 bsp Braulio
1 bsp Jamaican rum, Wray & Nephew Overproof
2 oz Soda water
Instructions

Build everything except the soda water in a rocks glass over a large cube or sphere of ice, stir, top with the soda water.
