Black Diamond Flip

Islay and Cynar flip.
1 12 oz Islay Scotch
1 12 oz Cynar
1   Whole egg
1 ds Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and shake without ice in order to emulsify and introduce air (known as dry-shaking). Then add ice and shake as normal. Serve in a coupe and garnish with grated nutmeg.
