Gent's Night

Dark and somewhat sweet rich cocktail
1 12 oz Bourbon, Bulleit
34 oz Grand Marnier
2 ds Chocolate extract
12 oz Stout Reduction
Instructions
Build dry, stir with ice. Double strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish orange wheel

A couple of questions for you: is that a homemade chocolate extract, and If not, is there a brand you like? Can you provide a recipe or some guidelines for the stout reduction?  Thanks,  Zachary
