1 oz Barley Schochu, Lichiko
1 oz Gran Classico
1 oz Braulio
1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions
Stir, strain, coupe, garnish
It’s nice, and there’s potential here but it’s pretty sweet. Personally, I’d scale back the amaro and liqueurs a bit to let the shochu shine a bit more.
