1 1⁄2 oz Pisco
3⁄4 oz Crème de Violette
3⁄4 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
1 oz Pomegranate juice
3 ds Lemon bitters
Instructions
Shake very very vigorously and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Notes
The pomegranate juice I have is fresh-picked & squeezed, and is more bitter than sweet, holding down the "too much sweet."
