2 oz Bourbon (1792 Bottled in Bond)
1 oz Apple cider (Non-alcoholic)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄3 oz Grade A dark amber maple syrup
1⁄8 oz Allspice Dram, St. Elizabeth
1 ds Bitters (Old Forrester Smoked Cinnamon)
3 oz Ginger beer (Cock and Bull)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice except the ginger beer, pour into a highball glass with fresh ice and top with ginger beer to taste (I like 3-4 oz)
