Michael Collins is a brand of Irish Whiskey distilled by the Cooley distillery and imported by the Sidney Frank company. There is both a blended whiskey and a 10 year old single malt version. Both are double distilled, use peated barley as the malt source, and are aged in used Bourbon barrels.
