Smoke and Mirrors (Alex Day)

1 oz Blended Scotch
1 oz Islay Scotch
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
5 lf Mint
1 rinse Absinthe
Instructions

Lightly muddle mint with other ingredients. Shake, up, strain to cocktail glass.Spray absinthe on top and float with a mint leaf
