French 75 (Elderflower) aka French 77

2 oz Gin (or cognac)
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Champagne (float)
Instructions

Shake, strain, straight up, flute, top with champagne or dry sparking wine

Notes

Named after the 75mm Howitzer artillery piece. Very good with Prosecco. Light and bright.
