Lilikoi Rum Punch

1 1⁄2 oz Puerto Rican Rum, Don Q Cristal
1 oz Passion fruit juice (Hawaiian Lilikoi if available)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice (Maui limes if available)
1⁄2 oz Orange juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients with Ice.
2. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice (Collins or Tiki Style).
3. Garnish with a Lime wheel, mint sprig, or pineapple wedge.

History

My neighbor has Lilikoi growing in their yard and said I can have some. When I tasted it, I thought this would be great as a Tropical Drink with bitters.
