Sweetgrass Farm is a producer of spirits, [ingredient=wine wines], and [ingredient=bitters cocktail bitters] based in Union, Maine. Originally settled in the early 1800's by the Carroll family as a working farm, it was bought by Keith and Constance Bodine in 2005 and re-purposed as a winery, distillery, and nature park.
Sweetgrass Farm makes a wide variety of products, including [ingredient=gin gin], cranberry flavored gin, [ingredient=rum rum], [ingredient=apple-brandy apple brandy], fruit wines, [ingredient=dry-vermouth dry vermouth], maple liqueur, and vanilla extract. They also produce cocktail bitters in blueberry and cranberry flavors.
