1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Peach liqueur
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1 ds Cayenne pepper (or 1 dash habanero tincture)
Instructions
Add ingredients into a shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dusting of cayenne pepper over the top.
Notes
If available, you can add habanero tincture to the shaker. Still add cayenne over the top of the cocktail.
To better control how much cayenne comes out of the shaker, I would tape the holes closed, leaving only three open
