Orange blossom jam is a thick, spreadable jam made with sugar and orange blossoms, among other things. Since orange blossoms are the source of the perfume compound neroli, orange blossom jam does not smell like oranges, but rather a floral, spicy, vaguely citrus accord.
Typically, orange blossom jam is used in Middle Eastern cooking. One common producer is Sadaf.
