after a longish career in culinary arts i was recently given and seized an opportunity to work in a craft cocktail lounge. . . it is an amazing adventure and i am sometimes shocked at how well studying food prepared me to take on this endeavor. i must thank all the chefs who shoved me down the path of knowledge and encouraged or discouraged me for various reasons. ill gladly buy any of you a drink if given half a chance. cheers and thanks again and again, sandy
