Designer of immersive bar and tasting experiences (unexpectedly). I created the Wings & Wonders cocktail menu for our wedding at Butterfly Pavilion in Colorado, where each drink was inspired by native pollinators and our work as certified Restoration Master Volunteers.

We tied the flavors to the landscape—honey, herbs, citrus, and floral notes—and somehow turned ecological restoration into a bar menu. It was my first-ever cocktail project, built with too many spreadsheets, an aggressive number of wooden tokens, and no formal training whatsoever.

But it meant something. And the drinks tasted good. So here I am.
