I am an Environmental Engineer who has traveled the world for the past 26 years on business and pleasure. I enjoy good food, drinks and high-quality cocktails. Prior to graduating from the College of Engineering I worked in the kitchens of 4 different restaurants over a 10 year period finishing my restaurant career as a sous chef overseeing a kitchen and a staff of 18. I especially enjoy cocktails from pre-prohibition era and the 1930s. I recently began making my own bitters and tinctures to try new flavor combinations. My favorite cocktail is a Manhattan (made with rye ).
