Officially became a cocktail enthusiast after visiting a speakeasy in San Diego and speaking to the bartender for about 45 minutes. Moved me from a dirty martini to a wet martini in a blink and had me read Boozehound. Haven't looked back since. Embarrassed to say how many bottles in my bar yet still seem to be adding and looking to learn more and make better cocktails.
