I've been a cocktail enthusiast since I first attempted to make a sazerac in 1998. It was damned difficult to find any of the ingredients at that time without really turning over lots of rocks. And being a fan of all things challenging, I was hooked. It's been quite a ride watching cocktails emerge from obscurity to prominence these past 15 years.
