Gin on Gin Julep

1 oz Gin, Plymouth
1 oz Genever, Bols
15 lf Mint (large)
12 oz Simple syrup (2:1)
1 spl Club soda
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Muddle the mint in the syrup in a julep cup, fill with crushed or pellet ice, add spirits, top with club soda, stir to combine, garnish.
