Golden Crutch

1 1⁄2 oz Pisco
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur
4 oz Grapefruit juice
Instructions

Add ice to a mug or glass. Then add the other ingredients and stir. Adjust sweetness if necessary with simple syrup.

Notes

If made with red grapefruit juice it doesn’t look as “golden” but it’s still delicious. One small grapefruit yields approx 4 oz juice.
