1 oz Mint syrup (see note)
1⁄2 oz Lime
1⁄4 oz Strega
1⁄4 oz Curaçao, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake; double strain; coupe; garnish.

Notes

Mint syrup instructions: 225g:225g simple + 5 grams blanched mint leaves; blend and strain and then add 1oz peppermint extract
