Absinthe Frappe

1 1⁄2 oz Absinthe
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
8 lf Mint
2 oz Soda water
Instructions

Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add absinthe and shake with ice. Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
