2 oz Bourbon
1⁄2 oz Crème Yvette
1⁄4 Nectarine
Instructions

Muddle the 1/4 of a nectarine (white) and the strawberry with the bitters. Add liquids and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupé.

History

I'm still trying to find worthwhile uses for Creme Yvette.
