2 oz Bourbon
1⁄2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1⁄2 oz Crème Yvette
4 ds Peychaud's Bitters
Muddle the 1/4 of a nectarine (white) and the strawberry with the bitters. Add liquids and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupé.
I'm still trying to find worthwhile uses for Creme Yvette.
