1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Hendrick's (Grand Cabaret)
3⁄4 oz Campari
1 oz Lemon juice
6 oz Grapefruit soda (Fever-Tree: Sparkling pink grapefruit)
Instructions
Shake lemon juice, gin, and Campari with ice. Pour into tall glass with ice.
Top off with sparkling grapefruit soda. Garnish with lemon peel
