1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Stir on ice, strain, serve in a chilled coupe, garnish with a lemon peel twist.

Not-too sweet, Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin is lovely neat, too.
