2 oz Mezcal
1⁄2 oz Pineapple syrup (grilled pineapple syrup)
1⁄2 oz Passion fruit puree (unsweetened)
2 oz India Pale Ale
Instructions
Shake, strain over ice, top with IPA, garnish with a grilled pineapple slice skewered through a paper parasol. Serve with straw.
