2 1⁄2 oz Sparkling Sake, Zipang
1 oz Passion fruit puree
1⁄2 oz Ginger liqueur
1⁄2 oz Plum wine, Gekkeikan
Shake all but sake, strain, up, top with sake, garnish with a candied ginger slice.
