1 1⁄2 oz Gin
1⁄4 oz Vodka
1⁄4 oz Absinthe bitters
1⁄4 oz Amaro (Amaro Angeleno)
1 spg Basil
1 Cherry tomato (as garnish)
1 Olive (as garnish)
1 lf Basil (as garnish)
Instructions

Muddle sprig of basil with gin, saline solution and ice; add other ingredients and stir until chilled. Serve with a garnish of one olive, one cherry tomato, and a basil leaf on a toothpick.

Notes

Amaro used was Amaro Angeleno, a bitter citrus aperitif amaro from Ventura Spirits in Ventura, CA. Could substitute with Amaro Florio or dealer's choice.

History

First made on July 16, 2022 as requested by EB. A variation that turned out half Vesper, half Dirty Martini--named after Léa Seydoux's character in Daniel Craig's Bond series.
