1 oz Gin, Bombay Sapphire
2 oz Lemonade
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
3 oz Champagne (top)
Instructions
Shake, serve up in a flute, top with champagne.
History
Inspired by Vieux Mot, but sparkling and with lemonade instead of simple and lemon juice. Name comes from the brand of lemonade I use, Turkey Hill.
