1 oz Mezcal
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup (cardamom-infused)
1⁄4 oz Chinato
1 wdg Lime (as garnish)
Shake, strain, rocks, garnish.
Cardamom syrup: combine six grams toasted cardamom with one cup each sugar and water and stir over medium heat. Let cool, strain, and bottle.
