Mozart Black is a brand of chocolate liqueur made by the Mozart Distillery in Salzburg, Austria. It is made from a base of sugar cane alcohol (i.e. rum) that is used to macerate both cacao and vanilla beans. The cacao beans are macerated for 30 days, with a part of it held in barrel for two years to round out aromas and flavors.Mozart Black is bottled at 34 proof.
