This riff on French 75 is just as easy to make. However, the original idea came from the Orange-Cinnamon Amaro Spritz by Lucy Simon, published on November 2024 in Food & Wine. As I tried to replace the Montenegro with different Amari, after some experimentation, I arrived at this delicious recipe.
