Notes
A silky, almond-forward sour with bright lime cutting through amaretto’s sweetness, rounded by soft, fragrant mandarin citrus.
History
Created in 2026 as an original Amaretto Sour variation using lime for acidity and mandarin for softer citrus and natural sweetness in place of the usual lemon-centered sour structure. The name means “The Angel of Saronno”, referencing the Lombard town historically associated with amaretto and the drink’s pale egg-white foam.
