1 oz Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2⁄3 oz Simple syrup
20 lf Basil
1 lf Basil (as garnish)
Instructions

Muddle 1/2 lemon with large handful basil, add simple and test for sweetness. Add ice and gin, shake, double strain, rocks-filled frozen old fashioned glass
