2 oz Speyside Scotch, Macallan 12 (Double Cask)
1⁄4 oz Maple syrup
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 ds Allspice Dram, St Elizabeth
Instructions

Add all ingredients into an iced filled shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a collins glass. Garnish with a crab apple.
