2 oz Gin

3⁄4 oz Heavy cream

3⁄4 oz Honey syrup (2:1)

Instructions

Muddle blackberries in gin. Add honey and cream, shake, and serve up. Garnish with grated nutmeg or drops of Angostura bitters.
